This, когда предмет находится относительно близко Например: I want to buy this book (Я хочу купить эту книгу) That, когда предмет находится достаточно далеко Например: I like that one more (Мне то нравится больше) Тоже самое с These (=this) и Those (=that ), только these и those используются во множественном числе, когда предметов много: These flowers are veryou beautiful (эти цветы очень красивые) Those boys aren't teenagers (темальчики не подростки)
