This spring break I spent in the southern Urals near the town of Magnitogorsk. We lived in a boarding house on a Bannoe lake near the ski center.

The first day. We arrived very early. Then settled. After that we lifted on a small lift onto the mountain. This day was cloudy and we saw only skiers diving into the mist of clouds. After lunch we went to the pool.

Second day. I tried skiing. It appeared to be very difficult. After dinner we walked around the lake. There we saw a huge blue ice floe frozen into the shore.

Third day. In the morning we skated on the tubes (large circles with the bottom) from a hill and lifted on a small lift. After lunch we went to the water park Abzakovo. It is small, but very good. While we were waiting for the bus my mother bought us cookies. Then a flock of tits appeared and perched on our hands. We had to give them our cookies. They ate from our hands.

Fourth day. We went to a horseback base in the mountains. There we were led into the stables and listened to a little excursion. Then I learned to ride a pony and sledged through in the forest. We froze very much and went to bask in the bath. There I beat myself with spruce twigs and cooled in the snow. After we played billiard.

Fifth day. We traveled to the water park in Magnitogorsk . I did not really like it because there were to much people, but there was water pioneerball.

Sixth day. Before lunch we went to the tubing and after went to the pool. In the evening we skated.

Seventh day. We played paintball. We were dressed in military uniforms, helmets and machine-guns. Then we crawled through snowdrifts and shot each other with rubber balls filled with liquid paint. It was fun. That evening we boarded on the train and went home.

Спорт очень важен для нас в жизни.  Когда люди занимаются спортом, они становятся здоровыми и чувствуют себя хорошо. И я думаю, что каждому требуется спорт.

Для меня спорт очень важен тоже.  Иногда, после долгого  проведения времени за партой в школе,  я чувствую, что очень хочу заняться чем- либо активным:  станцевать, поиграть в баскетбол ну или просто пробежаться. Поэтому я всегда счастлива, когда  уроки физической культуры проходят в бассейне.

Я очень люблю плавать, и это мое хобби.  Я плаваю с четырех лет.  Сначала я плавала в озере в  нашей деревне,  но потом, когда мы переехали в город, я стала посещать бассейн. Сейчас я умею плавать очень хорошо.  Я  люблю нырять и плавать под водой.  Я стараюсь посещать бассейн каждую неделю, потому что плавание укрепляет здоровье.  И если у вас проблемы со спиной, то плавание может с этим тоже.
Другое мое хобби — это катание на лыжах, и для меня это очень интересно. Я часто катаюсь на лыжах зимой.  Мы с семьей идем кататься на лыжах в лес и берем с собой бутерброды и термос. После долгой проездки мы разжигаем костер, чтобы согреться, и я чувствую себя  счастливо.

Sport is very important in our life. When people go in for sport, they become healthy and feel good. And I think that everyone needs sport.

  For me sport is very important too. Sometimes, after sitting the whole day at the desk at school, I feel   that I want to do some activities: to dance, to play basketball, or just to run. That’s why I am always happy when we have PT classes in the swimming pool.

 I like swimming very much, and swimming is my hobby. I have been swimming since I was four years old. At first I swam in the lake in our village, but then, when we moved to the city, I started going to the swimming pool. Now I can swim very well. I like to dive and to swim under the water. I try to go to the swimming pool every week because swimming improves my health. And if you have back pains, swimming can help you with it too.
