Сразу замечу, что предложения написаны в Past Continuous, где смысловой глагол имеет ing-овое окончание

1. I was reading the text at 5 o'clock (я читал текст в 5 часов)

2. She was writing a letter at 6 o'clock (она писала письмо в 6 часов)

3. They were going shopping at 2 o'clock (Они ходили за покупками в 2 часа)
