It’s windy today. – Сегодня ветреный день. (или «Сегодня ветрено»)
It’s a nice day. – Сегодня замечательный день.
Когда природное явление происходит прямо сейчас, то нужно использовать it is + глагол + ing – уже известный нам Present Continuous.
It is drizzling outside now. – На улице сейчас моросит дождь.
Come here and look! It’s snowing! – Подойди сюда и смотри! Снег идет!
Вы также можете использовать will + глагол, когда говорите об ожидаемой в будущем погоде – время Future Simple.
It will be a hot day. – День будет жарким.
The weather will change. – Погода поменяется.
