Man has to learn everything. No one is born with already acquired knowledge. School and institute give an education to a person, but self-development is also important. Each person develops differently. Everyone gets knowledge in their field. As for wisdom, this is the quality that a person possesses who has come a long and lifely path. Wisdom is not given just like that. Man must learn from his mistakes. But there are also sages who learn from the mistakes of others. Based on the foregoing, no one is born wise and learned.
