8) If I needed money I could ask my parents.

9) If I won £1,000,000 I could stop working.

10) If it was cold I could wear my coat.

13) If I had a big garden I could have barbecues every weekend.

14) If I knew how to drive I could buy a car.

 

P.S Я, конечно, понимаю, что нужно сделать всё как в примере. Но чисто с логической точки зрения в предложениях номер 2, 6, 7, 12 лучше вместо слова could употребить would. Дело в том, что в данных ситуациях действие представляется не возможным, а определённым выполнимым. Нет никаких вариантов, указывающих на физическую возможность выполнения действия. Но, это уже на ваше усмотрение!

 А вообще, нет ничего сложного в этом упражнении. Просто загляните в правило! Я уверена, вы всё поймёте!

My uncle is an engineer. He is very busy. His working day starts early in the morning. He gets up at seven o'clock. He washes his face and hands, gets dressed and has breakfast.
